TERMS
• PAYMENT (CONTINENTAL US): All orders are shipped COD, MasterCard, VISA, or can be prepaid prior
to shipment with cash , certified check, or money order. Prepayment with personal or business checks must
clear prior to shipment. On all orders, include payment for shipping charges. All prices listed are net, plus
shipping and handling.
METHOD OF SHIPMENT: Orders will be shipped FedEx second day or UPS Ground (whichever is most cost effective) unless specified.
Available options are UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2-Day Blue Label, 1-Day Red Label or for prepaid or credit card orders,
Fed Ex 3-Day Express Saver, 2-Day, or 1-Day Standard or Express. Saturday shipments available in some areas.
By special request shipments may be handled by the United States Postal Service if payment is made by
prepayment, MasterCard, or VISA. No CODs available for USPS shipment. The following exceptions also apply to
USPS shipment: No CODS are available, SLP WILL NOT be responsible for lost, late damaged, or underinsured
shipments. Heavy shipments over 150 pounds will be shipped by truck freight systems. No bus shipment is
available. Shipments by USPS or airlines will be subject to a $5.00 handling fee. All shipments will be
insured for contents value except for USPS shipments which may not have adequate insurance available and
customer assumes all risk.
• PAYMENT (ALASKA): All orders shipped are shipped MasterCard, VISA or can be prepaid prior to
shipment with cash, certified check, or money order. Prepayment with personal checks or business checks must
clear prior to shipment. All orders include payment for shipping charges. Handling fee will be charged in
addition to freight charges. All prices listed are net, plus shipping and handling.
METHOD OF SHIPMENT:
Unless otherwise specified, all shipments will be shipped UPS Air Service or Federal Express. By special
request, shipment may be handled by the United States Postal Service with the following exceptions: SLP WILL
NOT be responsible for lost, late, damaged, or under-insured shipments.
• INCOMING SHIPMENTS: We prefer you to ship only the engine components needed for modification. Pack
all parts in a sturdy cardboard or wood box. Make sure the parts are well padded with quality packing material
to prevent damage in shipping. (Do not use foam peanuts for engine parts). Most shipping companies will not
cover poorly packaged items even if insured. Use a minimum of 2" solid padding around each part. Insure all
items for replacement cost of shipment.

TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
• TECHNICAL SERVICE: Technical personnel will be available Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00 Mountain Time. Have any needed
information available when placing technical calls such as jetting, clutching, etc.
RETURNS
• Return privileges expire 10 days from date of shipment. There will be a 15% restocking charge on all unused items. No merchandise
will be accepted without authorization number and invoice copy or invoice number.

LIMITED WARRANTY
• Starting Line Products, Inc. warrants each product it manufactures to be free from defect in material and workmanship for the
purpose it was intended. Starting Line Products, Inc. shall not be liable for damage or delays caused by defective material or
workmanship; it is limited to the repair or replacement, as its factory, of any defective article or part thereof, which may be returned
to the factory; transportation charges prepaid, within 60 days after shipping date to original purchaser. Starting Line Products, Inc.
shall be the sole judge of the existence of any defect in the article so returned. No claim for charges incurred in the removal,
disassembly, or reinstallation of such article will be allowed.
•This warranty shall not cover any article which has been misused or neglected or damaged by accident; any article which has
been altered outside the Starting Line Factory, or the performance of any engine or equipment on or in which any article of the
company’s manufacturer is used.
• Starting Line Products, Inc. shall, in no event, be liable for consequential damage or contingent liability arising out of any total or
partial failure to function of any article manufactured by if or of any engine or equipment on or in which it is used. Failure of a user
to give notice of claim as to defect claimed under the provisions of this warranty within sixty (60) days of the appearance of such
claim shall constitute a waiver by customer of all claims with respect to such goods and equipment.
• No expressed, implied, or statutory warranty other than that herein set forth is made or authorized to be made by the company.
